👨👩👧For Parents & Guardians
- ✓Supervise appropriately: Ensure your child's safety by providing age-appropriate supervision during activities
- ✓Communicate respectfully: Treat providers, staff, and other families with courtesy and respect
- ✓Provide accurate information: Share relevant health, behavioral, or special needs information to ensure your child's safety
- ✓Honor commitments: Arrive on time, follow cancellation policies, and respect payment agreements
- ✓Share constructive feedback: Help providers improve by leaving honest, respectful reviews
👨🏫For Activity Providers
- ✓Prioritize child safety: Maintain safe environments, proper supervision ratios, and emergency procedures
- ✓Maintain proper credentials: Keep required licenses, certifications, and background checks current
- ✓Be transparent: Accurately represent your qualifications, experience, and activity details
- ✓Communicate proactively: Keep parents informed about schedules, changes, and their child's progress
- ✓Create inclusive environments: Welcome children of all abilities, backgrounds, and skill levels
- ✓Handle conflicts professionally: Address parent concerns with empathy and professionalism
Safety Standards
Child Protection: All activities must prioritize child safety, wellbeing, and age-appropriate supervision
Background Checks: Providers working directly with children must complete required background screenings
Safe Spaces: Activity locations must meet basic safety requirements (proper exits, first aid, emergency procedures)
Privacy Protection: Never share children's personal information without parental consent
Appropriate Interaction: Maintain professional boundaries with children at all times
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or removal:
- ✗Any form of child abuse, neglect, or endangerment
- ✗Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
- ✗Inappropriate or unprofessional behavior toward children or families
- ✗Fraudulent activity, including fake reviews or misrepresentation
- ✗Sharing false or misleading information about qualifications or activities
- ✗Violating privacy or sharing personal information without consent
- ✗Operating unsafe facilities or activities
Reporting Guideline Violations
If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please let us know. We review all reports and take appropriate action.
For urgent safety concerns: Contact local emergency services immediately, then notify us
For guideline violations: Use our form and select "Report Guideline Violation" as the subject
Include in your report: What happened, when, where, who was involved, and any supporting information
Enforcement
We take guideline violations seriously. Depending on severity, consequences may include:
- Warning and educational guidance
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account removal
- Referral to appropriate authorities (when required by law)
We reserve the right to remove any user who violates these guidelines or poses a risk to the community.
Updates to Guidelines
We may update these guidelines periodically to reflect community feedback and evolving best practices. Continued use of Juniro constitutes acceptance of the current guidelines.
